About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our database. This role goes beyond basic data entry. You’ll be responsible for reviewing records, identifying inconsistencies, correcting errors, and ensuring information across systems is accurate, complete, and up to date.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Review existing database records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Enter, update, and correct data across internal systems
- Cross-check information against source records and defined rules
- Identify missing, outdated, or conflicting data and resolve or escalate as needed
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation guidelines
- Flag patterns or recurring issues that may indicate system or process improvements
- Maintain clear documentation when changes or corrections are made

What This Role Is Not:




- Not creative writing or content creation
- Not customer support or live chat
- Not software engineering or database architecture
- Not “just typing” without thinking

This role requires judgment, attention to detail, and accountability for accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data operations, QA, or back-office support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or web-based tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs precisely
- Clear written English and ability to leave accurate internal notes
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

- Accuracy of data updates and corrections
- Ability to catch errors before they cause downstream issues
- Consistency in following SOPs
- Clear documentation and communication when issues arise
- Low rework or cor
