We are seeking a B2B Sales Closer responsible for closing pre-qualified business leads through phone and video calls. This role focuses on converting warm, high-intent prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Close pre-qualified B2B leads via phone and video calls
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with business owners and decision-makers
- Present solutions tailored to each company’s needs and goals
- Drive prospects through the sales pipeline to signed agreements
- Handle objections and negotiations confidently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up cadence
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and close rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales closing (Inside Sales, Account Executive, or Sales Closer)
- Strong track record of closing deals over phone and video calls:
- Experience selling services, SaaS, healthcare, wellness, or professional solutions:
- Ability to communicate with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or service-based B2B sales:
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
