As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and monitor in-transit shipments using TMS platforms and carrier portals
- Contact drivers and dispatchers to obtain location updates and delivery confirmations
- Proactively identify delays, route issues, or service risks and escalate when needed
- Update shipment statuses, ETAs, and notes accurately in the TMS
- Communicate exceptions clearly to internal teams (Ops,



Customer Service, Account Managers)
- Confirm pickup and delivery times and obtain PODs when required
- Follow established SOPs and escalation processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all shipments
- Support operations teams during high-volume periods

Minimum requirements:
- Studies:International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience:At least 1 year of experience in a daily transportation operation, dispatch, customer service or similar.:
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
