We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with solid experience in the BPO / Freight Forwarding market, strong deal-closing skills, and an advanced level of English to drive the company’s commercial growth.
Required Profile (mandatory):
- Minimun English level C1 (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the BPO and/or Freight Forwarding market.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience managing sales pipelines and revenue KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect,
and develop new business opportunities within the BPO / Freight Forwarding market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct sales meetings with international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Employment Conditions:
- Contract: Indefinite (permanent) contract.
- Salary: COP $3,800,000 + legal benefits.
