We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in high-volume outbound calling to join our team within the BPO Freight Forwarding industry.
Required Profile:
- Minimum English level B2 (spoken and written) - required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role within BPO Freight Forwarding.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls (cold calling).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven mindset with experience working toward sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high daily volume of outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Present and communicate freight forwarding services to international clients.
Employment Conditions:
- Contract: Indefinite (permanent) contract.
- Salary: COP $2,800,000 + legal benefits.
