About the Role:
As a Documentation Specialist, you will work with doctors, medical facilities,



and families to ensure death certificates are completed accurately and filed on time. You’ll follow up to obtain medical details, secure required signatures, and confirm all documentation meets state requirements.

You’ll own key steps of the filing process and collaborate closely with our Filing Specialist and operations team to keep cases moving forward. Throughout the process, you’ll keep families informed and ensure no details are missed.

This role requires persistence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team. If you’re organized, professional, and motivated to support families during a sensitive time, this role offers meaningful and impactful work.
