Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls regarding overdue payments with commercial clients.
- Enter client information and policy details into insurance management systems.
- Handle outbound calls and follow-ups with potential leads to offer commercial insurance products (warm leads).
- Generate insurance quotes for business/commercial clients.
- Collect renewal payments and process payment transactions.
- Follow up on requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and additional insurance needs.
- Communicate with underwriters in English regarding policy details and coverage questions.
- Provide customer service support to Spanish-speaking commercial clients.
- Process additional insurance requests and policy changes/endorsements.

Requirements:
- Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude during phone interactions.
- Experience with data entry and computer systems.
- Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays.




- Comfortable handling sensitive financial information (Social Security numbers, credit card details, banking information).
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and CRM proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc).

Position Details / Scope:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week). Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
- Work schedule includes Saturday coverage, from 9am to 2pm.
- Remote work agreement.
- Focused on Commercial Lines Insurance and business clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications.
- Must be available during Central Time (U.S.) business hours. (Arkansas City)
