What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to streaming services.
- Provide guidance through multiple channels of attention (chat and phone).
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and use software tools to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Represent TP’s world-class standards in every interaction.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Demonstrate dedication to quality and customer service tailored to client needs.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

- Has a C1 English level.
- Holds a High School Diploma.

Conditions

- Training salary: $2,800,000 COP / month
- Production salary: $2,800,000 COP / month
- Contract type: Indefinite term
- Language requirement: English C1
- Campaign type: On-Site – Bogotá (Connecta, Av. Calle 26 #92-32)
- Workload: 42 hours per week | Full-time
