Role Overview

Lead the company’s legal strategy and provide comprehensive support across corporate, transactional, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts and legal documents, including:
- Corporate contracts
- Client agreements
- Employment / team contracts
- Vendor and partnership agreements

- Provide expert legal advice on U.S. corporate law, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and business risks.
- Ensure all contracts are structured to protect the company’s interests while supporting operational flexibility.
- Stay updated on changes in U.S. laws and regulations relevant to corporate operations.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align legal strategies with company goals.
- Support dispute resolution or litigation management when needed.
- Maintain organized records of all legal documentation and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate and contract law.
- Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of various types.
- Knowledge of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
- Prior experience advising corporate clients or in‑house legal teams preferred.

Job Type: Part‑time

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Experience: law practice – 5 years (required)
