The Retail Risk Analytics Engineering (RRAE) team partners with General Risk Management (GRM), Regulatory Capital, IFRS9 Provisioning, and Enterprise Stress Testing teams to deliver regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives. We are seeking a Software Engineer Specialist to contribute in development efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will design and implement solutions for multiple business lines, ensuring high-qualityเข้ scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to several Cloud Migration Projects, leveraging Cloud Function, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
- Participate in Application Architecture Design and be fluent in architecture submission process.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
- Drive architecture and design discussions; provide hands‑on development.
- Optimize code, conduct reviews,



and enforce quality standards.
- Create documentation, flowcharts, and architectural diagrams.
- Support planning, estimation, and scheduling of tasks.
- Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end reporting processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
- 3+ years of Python experience; familiarity with software libraries and components.
- Commitment to thorough documentation and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud‑native technologies (Google Cloud Functions, BigQuery, DataFlow, DataProc, Pub/Sub).
- Familiarity with real time ETL processes and Multiprocessing.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Workplace

- Hybrid model: primarily remote with mandatory in‑office collaboration 8 times monthly (Bogota) with home‑office outside Bogota.
