Responsibilities

- Leadership in Software Development
- Code Optimization: Identify and drive improvements in the performance of existing software through code refactoring.
- Software Architecture Design
- API Integration:



Coordinate the integration of various services and components through RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other protocols.
- Automated Testing Management: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of unit and integration tests to uphold software quality.
- Documentation: Supervise and ensure that code, architecture, and system feature documentation are up-to-date.
- Code Reviews: Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting high-quality standards and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among developers, designers, and business team members to achieve project goals.
- Security Practices: Implement and promote best security practices to protect information and system resources.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
