Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cali for a System Network Administrator. The System Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal network performance, and implementing robust network security measures. Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining servers, monitoring network traffic, diagnosing and resolving system and network issues, and providing technical support to internal teams. The role also involves updating system security protocols and ensuring compliance with IT best practices.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in System Administration and Troubleshooting




- Experience offering Technical Support and resolving complex IT issues
- Knowledge of network architecture, hardware configuration, and system integration is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Proficiency with IT tools, software, and security protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+ are a bonus
