Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on accounting experience, a strong command of core accounting principles, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The adecuado candidate will manage a wide range of accounting responsibilities, including full access to financial platforms and direct customer communication, making reliability, accuracy, and professionalism essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle A/R collections through direct communication with customers
- Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online




- Monitor and manage online banking transactions and credit card accounts
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable accounting standards
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with high attention to detail
- Adapt to evolving priorities and take on additional assignments as needed

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Strong grasp of all accounting principles and concepts
