Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all healthcare operations are conducted in a cost-effective, compliant, and client-focused manner.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational systems and best practices,

- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all healthcare-related processes.
- Align and execute strategic operational goals with business and client objectives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities to boost efficiency, profitability, and client outcomes.
- Monitor and improve quality control standards and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Lead the recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of large teams in a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, ensuring needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
- Innovate and implement strategies to continuously improve customer service and client engagement.
