We're hiring a Digital Project Manager to join Empresa confidencial and help drive the execution of digital work for general brands. This role sits at the intersection of project management and digital production, ensuring work moves from brief to delivery with clarity, structure, and consistency.

About the role

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position. You will not be creating assets or owning creative concepts. Instead, you will be responsible for setting projects up for success, managing workflows, tracking progress, and keeping teams aligned across multiple digital deliverables. You’ll work in a fast‑paced production environment where priorities shift, specs evolve, and volume matters.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Managing digital projects from intake through launch across web, display, CRM, social, landing pages, and modular content
- Translating briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and workflows
- Coordinating designers, developers, production artists, and QA teams
- Tracking deliverables, milestones,



dependencies, and approvals
- Flagging risks, missing information, and timeline issues early
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery of all assets
- Maintaining clear documentation and project status communication

What we’re looking for

- Experience in digital project management or digital production, ideally in an agency or studio environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (creative, technical, production)
- A detail‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over delivery
- Confidence working with timelines, workflows, and stakeholders
- Professional English for day‑to‑day collaboration with general teams
