Responsibilities

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of proven experience leading cold‑sales teams, preferably in fast‑growth, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and execute strategies in highly uncertain environments.
