Senior Data Analyst – Player Performance & Scouting
On-site - Bogotá
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a professional football operation in Bogotá, Colombia. This role sits within the sporting side of the organization and will work closely with the Technical Director, coaching staff, and recruitment team to deliver actionable insights that support player performance, match preparation, and scouting decisions.
This is an on-site position based in Bogotá (Zona T / Calle 85 area), Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Support coaching staff with pre‑match and post‑match analysis
- Build reports and dashboards related to team and player performance
- Analyze event and performance data to identify trends and insights
- Contribute to opposition analysis and player scouting processes
- Maintain databases and reporting workflows for football operations
- Translate football questions into clear analytical outputs for coaches and technical staff
- Collaborate daily with performance and sporting operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with a professional football club, academy, federation,
or sports organization
- Strong understanding of football tactics, player performance, and match analysis
- Experience using football data providers such as StatsBomb, Wyscout, Opta, or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced football environment
- English proficiency is required
Nice to Have
- Experience with tracking data platforms such as TRACAB or Second Spectrum
- Background in scouting or recruitment analysis
- Experience working directly with coaching staff
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or automation workflows

On-site role – Bogotá, Colombia (Calle 85 area)
Monday to Friday
