As a Growth Strategist for Connectist, you'll play a key role in driving user acquisition and scaling efforts. You'll help create and implement growth strategies, engage with online communities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll analyze data to continuously refine and optimize strategies. This hands-on role requires a proactive, resourceful approach, always looking for new growth opportunities. The adecuado candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys experimentation, and tackles challenges creatively.

What You'll Do

- Implement and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring data-driven growth and scalability.
- Engage with online communities (e.g., Reddit, Twitter) to drive brand awareness and user engagement.




- Create and manage content for marketing initiatives that align with growth strategies.
- Analyze data to optimize and refine growth strategies, using insights to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in Growth Hacking strategies and execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
- Background in the SaaS industry, preferably in B2B environments.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Must be located in LATAM.
- Good level of English.
