Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Representative to accelerate our growth from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales journey, from identifying and prospecting high‑potential leads to negotiating and closing deals. As one of our first sales hires, you will work closely with the CEO to transition our traditional lead generation into a modern, scalable engine.
This role is ideal for a "hands-on" closer who excels in the staffing and talent solutions landscape and is ready to build a pipeline in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Gen
- Design and execute outbound strategies to identify target customer segments and decision‑makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Solvedex’s fractional talent model.
Sales Execution (Closing)
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Personally drive sales efforts to close key accounts and build long‑term client relationships.
- Develop and refine sales messaging specific to TaaS and staffing solutions to differentiate our offering.
- Handle pricing objections and manage client expectations regarding talent delivery.
Market Focus
- Leverage knowledge of the U.S. market to identify trends and staffing opportunities.
- Position Solvedex effectively against traditional staffing agencies by highlighting our versátil, fractional approach.
