We are seeking a Data Scientist to join Inspire Brands and advance our digital transformation and customer engagement strategy.

Requirements

- Proficient in Statistics, Spark, SQL, R, and Python.
- Fully fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with large, complex datasets spanning customer, POS, loyalty, media, and digital engagement domains.
- Conduct deep analyses that generate insights and recommendations for multiple restaurant brands, generating over $1 billion in revenue annually.
- Lead statistical analysis and build machine‑learning models that support personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness, and paid media initiatives.
- Develop analytics and machine‑learning automation workflows to make work scalable and repeatable.




- Communicate results to stakeholders and marketing leadership, clearly conveying business impact.

Education & Work Experience

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2–3 years of highly relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with 1–2 years of experience.
- PhD in a STEM field with 0–1 year of experience.

Preferred

- Master’s degree in a STEM field with 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Skill Requirements

- Proficient in at least three of the following: Spark, Python, R, SQL, Git Version Control, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
