Qualifications

- Experience working as a recruiter for companies related to Construction, Electrical, Machinist, Welding,



and Mechanical industries (Blue Collar)
- Deep understanding of the industry and job market dynamics
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
- Familiarity with recruitment software
