You’ll manage shift operations, mentor a high‑performing team, and oversee live broadcast standards in one of Latin America's fastest‑growing gaming hubs.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and schedule teams of operators and presenters to ensure smooth, 24/7 live broadcast operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, breaks, rotations, and shift handovers to maintain optimal staffing levels and performance.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders – team members, players, and clients.
- Enforce company standards, procedures, and game policies to ensure compliance and quality output.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development of your team.
- Collaborate with production, ops, and technical teams to analyze performance data, identify improvements, and implement best practices.

Who You Are





- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or shift-management experience in live entertainment, gaming, or operations.
- Strong communicator in English (C1 level) with ability to operate in a fast‑paced live broadcast environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, teams and shifts with precision and resilience.
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable working with live‑production platforms, office applications and shift‑tracking tools.
- A proactive leader with strong decision‑making skills, drive, and a collaborative mindset.
