Position Summary

We are seeking a Brand Specialist with experience working with celebrities/talents to temporarily take over brand operations. This role will lead talent-based productions, support product launches, and execute key marketing campaigns during a 6-month period. Strong project management, multi-team coordination, and high creative standards are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Production with Celebrities (NOT INFLUENCERS) (60%)
- Lead pre‑production, scripting, on‑set supervision, and post‑production processes.
- Ensure visual quality, storytelling consistency, and strict brand alignment.
- Deliver all creative assets (KV, TVC, social videos, e‑commerce creatives) on time and in required formats.
- Manage reviews, approvals, and copyright compliance.

- Coordination with Vendors & Creative Teams (20%)

- Manage production houses, agencies, and external suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (PR, e‑commerce, legal, product, etc.).
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and payment processes.
- Optimize workflows and ensure high‑quality deliverables.





- Campaign & Launch Execution (20%)

- Plan all phases of celebrity/talent announcements.
- Supervise campaign materials (including KV, videos, copies, and posters).
- Coordinate amplification with social, PR, media, and KOL/KOC partners.
- Lead product launch events: concept, logistics, scripting, and on‑site execution.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or production.
- Previous experience working with celebrities/talents and managing KV/TVC productions.
- Strong project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Close attention to detail, creative judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
