We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution to lead the planning, optimization, and growth of paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, data, and client stakeholders to ensure media initiatives deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will be able to translate performance data into actionable insights, scale media operations, and identify new growth opportunities for our clients.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms (search, social, display, and programmatic).
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign performance and objectives.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Oversee campaign performance, budget allocation, and reporting to ensure business objectives are met.
- Negotiate and coordinate with media partners and platforms when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and media efficiency.
- Support the scaling of operations across accounts, teams, and regional initiatives.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and strategy.
- Apply agile methodologies and collaborative tools to manage media projects efficiently.
- Stay up to date with marketing technologies and the broader digital ecosystem, including programmatic, analytics tools, and complementary technologies such as CDP, SEO, and CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and support onboarding processes such as kick-offs for new clients.
- Facilitate strategic sessions or workshops with clients when required.
What will help you succeed
- 4–7 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other digital media channels.
- Experience working in advertising agencies, digital marketing teams, or consulting environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance metrics into business insights.
- Experience managing stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on regional (LATAM) accounts is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex responsibilities and multiple accounts simultaneously.
