Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.

Could be based in Bogotá (Colombia) / Lima (Perú)

What you will do

- Follow up on the hours reported by project managers,



ensuring accuracy in records and supporting operational control.
- Review processes and propose improvements in the pre-project report, providing support to the C&C; team.
- Propose reports and visualization tools that allow the team's workload to be identified more quickly and efficiently.
- Support project managers in the necessary documentation during the pre-implementation phase and during implementation.
- Develop a project focused on equipment utilization forecasting, based on data analysis and artificial intelligence tools.
- Monitor project management KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
