Responsibilities

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant in Colombia to prepare bank reconciliations,



record journal entries, ensure expenses are being recorded appropriately, and ensure receipt of all related invoices, also support payroll process; however, you will also work with the head of accounting and finance, who leads the accounting areas in Colombia and in the USA. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to assist with special projects to help leadership make informed business decisions. This requires a thorough understanding of the operations of Lendflow and a willingness to work with various departments.

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting-related position
- Competitive nature with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual contributor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think on their feet
