We are looking for a confident and motivated person to join our team as an inbound call handler. You will be working with clients in the USA who have been involved in car accidents, helping them through the process from the first call to the final resolution. This is an office-based role in Bogota.
What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls from clients who have been in accidents.
- Collect details, provide reassurance, and explain the next steps clearly.
- Liaise with insurance companies, repair centers, and car hire partners.
- Make sure each client gets fast, professional help and feels supported throughout.
- Log all details accurately in our system and follow up when needed.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent (native-level) English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Clear, friendly phone manner and strong customer service skills.
- Someone who is reliable, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping people.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or insurance is a big plus.
- Comfortable using computers and working with online systems.
We offer a base salary of around 3,700,000 COP per month plus performance-based commission.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Bogota.
