Lean Solutions Group is expanding its commercial team and is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our growth in the U.S. market. This role is adecuado for professionals interested in building a long-term career in sales within a structured, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients for Lean
- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
Basic Education and Required Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting is preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage and track leads and opportunities.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
- Motivated by performance-based compensation and professional growth.
