We’re looking for a Trilingual Customer Expert to join our team to work from home. In this role, you’ll support customers in French, English, and Spanish by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.

· A trilingual communicator with advanced French proficiency (B2) and intermediate English (B1), ready to grow in a general environment.
