HubSpot seeks an experienced Growth Marketer to lead discovery and implementation of new user acquisition strategies across Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs, focusing on Spanish‑speaking LATAM & Iberia markets.
In this role you’ll get to
- Identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies for user growth across HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS Hubs with a focus on Latam/Iberia markets.
- Support International Growth Strategy by creating and optimizing assets for Product Pages to drive organic traffic and demand through SEO, Content Marketing and CRO tactics.
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, including market analyses, customer insights and market trends, to identify opportunities and assess their potential impact.
- Prioritize viable opportunities, launch MVPs to prove/disprove hypotheses quickly.
- Partner with teams across the Marketing organization to build full‑blown strategic plans around proven initiatives and present them to Product, Marketing and Regional leadership for buy‑in.
- Oversee execution of new user acquisition strategies in Latam/Iberia and collaborate with the Analytics Team to measure and report results.
- Report regularly on performance of Spanish Product Pages and Website assets in acquiring new users.
- Help operationalize and scale successful tests into the Marketing Team’s always‑on user acquisition strategy.
- Stay apprised of upcoming features and current features available in our products.
- Serve as the central point of contact between Web Strategy, Product Marketing and International Growth teams.
We are looking for people who have
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, demand generation and product marketing.
- Experience working across international markets, especially in the Latam/Iberia B2B industry.
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for audience growth and in building, rolling out and project‑managing effective testing strategies.
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and plans.
- An insatiable curiosity to stay up‑to‑date on audience trends, acquisition trends and competitor innovation.
- Comfort with trying new things, driven to constantly test and improve results.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
