Supervisor, Payroll

Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day execution of payroll processes.

Responsibilities

- Advises a team in evaluating, analyzing, and administering payroll programs, ensuring payroll is processed with speed, accuracy, and compliance with service and performance objectives.
- Monitors and executes payroll processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in compliance with local payroll practices, authoritative controls, government regulations, statutory regulations, internal procedures, and SOX controls.
- Acts as point of contact for team members, providing resolution on escalated operational or policy issues and escalates complex problems to the Payroll Manager.
- Leads the team in coordination with internal Finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, financial integrity of the payroll process, and supports audit review.
- Reconciles payroll and tax reporting at the end of each pay cycle, resolving any discrepancies.
- Plans, coordinates,



and implements off‑cycle payroll processing and reporting; acts as point of contact for unplanned payroll processing.
- Analyzes complex pay transactions to identify issues and works with internal stakeholders to determine root cause.
- Maintains accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the payroll process, working within local payroll systems and global HRIS tools.
- Follows trends, changes in legislation/regulation, updates to tax rules, and local payroll control procedures to make recommendations for changes and improvements.
- Assists in integral work and initiatives as needed.
