Job: USA Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Medellín, Colombia (El Poblado)

Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday through Friday (US Calendar)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions!

Responsibilities

- Execute a high volume of successful closures, earning commission for every deal you seal.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential closures and exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a commission‑based role,



showcasing your deal‑closing skills.
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office suite and ATS systems.
- An energetic, driven personality that aligns with commission‑focused success.
- A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales or closure targets.
- Strong sense of ownership and belonging within a team‑driven environment.
