Job Role And Responsibility
- You will work with the Enablement team to provide technical support to new implementations, services, and sales partners.
- You will provide deep technical expertise and guidance on integration, configuration and customization of the Nue platform.
- You are a hands‑on leader who can manage multiple complex tasks and priorities while engaging with team members and customers professionally and in a timely manner.
- You have a high proficiency in translating business problems into solutions, leveraging the capabilities of Nue.
- You will always ensure that the solution provided delivers business value.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Support technical discussions with partners during office hours.
- Answer technical questions during trainings, including integrations with ERP and other third‑party systems.
- Guide configuration of Nue to support use cases, identify areas of complexity and propose technical solutions.
- Provide partners with expertise on Nue API, integration best practices, data import and analytics support.
- Provide support to the Nue enablement team.
- Become an expert on the product domain from both a business and technical perspective.
- Work with the engineering team to drive product solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM or ERP domains.
- Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions is a plus.
- Strong Salesforce administration and Apex experience.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented technologies for building software solutions.
- Strong PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with REST API and web services.
- Experience using an integration and automation platform such as Tray.io.
- Experience in Order‑To‑Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) is a plus.
- Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks, balancing risk and effort.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work with general teams.

- Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge.
