The opportunity
As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of your center. You’ll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
A typical day at IWG
You start the day with a quick review of the daily report,
to plan the day and make sure everyone’s prepared.
- Oversee reception, welcome members and guests, guide them to their meeting rooms, show them the facilities, and help them set up Wi‑Fi connections and screen‑sharing apps for their presentation.
- Meet with new members to learn about their business needs and identify potential networking opportunities with other businesses in the center.
- Participate in brief coffee breaks to relax and recharge.
- Coordinate the move‑in of large companies, ensuring welcome kits are prepared and badges and keys are ready for handover.
- Handle walk‑ins enquiring about coworking membership, offer assistance, and coordinate follow‑up with the sales team.
