About Us

We operate a fast-growing group of medical spas in the United States, each operating as its own legal entity.

We are looking for a highly organized Senior Accountant to manage bookkeeping and financial accuracy across 10-12 entities using QuickBooks Online.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple companies simultaneously.

Compensation

$3,200 USD per month

This is significantly above market because we are looking for a top performer who takes ownership of financial accuracy and reporting.

Medellín, Colombia

Key Responsibilities

Daily
- Enter sales journal entries
- Manage bank feeds
- Enter bills in QuickBooks Online
- Match receipts with bank and credit card transactions
- Monitor bank activity for irregular transactions

Weekly
- Review payables
- Reclassify transactions when needed
- Perform DIT reconciliations

Monthly
- Payroll journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Review financial statements and business performance





Annual / Administrative
- Business tax renewals
- Insurance audits
- Sales tax review
- Company formation documentation
- Business license renewals

Required Skills:
- Advanced QuickBooks Online experience:
- Bank and credit card reconciliation expertise:
- Experience managing multiple entities:
- Strong understanding of journal entries:
- Excellent English and Spanish communication:
- Extremely detail-oriented
