Semi Senior AI & Automation Engineer (Hybrid - LATAM)

We are looking for a Semi Senior AI & Automation Engineer with experience in software development and automation, and a strong interest in AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on building, integrating, and improving automation workflows while collaborating with agile teams in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience building and maintaining APIs or web services
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and automation workflows
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Vector Databases)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
