Key Responsibilities

Sales Lead Response & Qualification
- Make outbound calls to new inquiries within agreed response-time guidelines
- Use provided scripts and criteria to qualify prospects (budget, timeline, location, readiness, fit)
- Ask clear, respectful questions with confidence and professionalism
- Answer high-level questions and guide prospects to next steps
- Schedule discovery calls/consultations on the owner's calendar
- Follow up consistently with warm or unresponsive leads
- Log all communication, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Ensure no lead is missed, ignored, or lost

Project & Administrative Support
- Support multiple projects at once and shift priorities as needed
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and calendar
