We're hiring a Residential Construction Estimator to support our preconstruction process by producing accurate takeoffs and organized estimates for custom homes, additions,



and residential remodels. You'll work directly with the owner and team to turn plans into clear, buildable budgets and scope sheets that subcontractors can price confidently. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on details, consistency, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for custom homes, additions, and remodels
- Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural/construction drawings
- Build and organize estimates in PlanSwift and/or Buildertrend (strongly preferred)
- Create detailed scope sheets for subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Support bid comparison and follow-ups (as needed)
- Maintain pricing references, cost histories, and estimate backups
- Review plans to identify scope gaps, missing details, conflicts, and cost risks
- Update estimates as drawings evolve during design and preconstruction
