Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience working with Yardi Voyager (mandatory)
- 2+ years overall experience in commercial real estate accounting/finance,



ideally at an accounting firm working on commercial real estate clients or directly at a commercial real estate investment/development company (mandatory)
- Able to lead Client meetings
- Knowledge about recording purchases, dispositions, refinancing, capitalization of costs throughout real estate development, and rental property income statements
- Passion for real estate, perfect books and providing business insights to clients
- Strong English verbal and written skills as you will be one of the points of contact for the clients
- Able to hit deadlines while staying calm under pressure
- Extremely detail and process oriented - you strive in creating organization
- Proficient with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)
