We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst - Offline Acquisition to support and strengthen city-level driver acquisition through offline channels.

This role will work closely with commercial managers and local teams, supporting promoter operations, tracking performance, and generating insights to improve acquisition efficiency, conversion, and cost control.

The Senior Commercial Analyst will contribute to execution standards, performance monitoring, and operational playbooks, helping ensure scalable and high-quality driver onboarding across cities.

Role Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as Leads, DFTs (Driver First Time), Conversion, Retention, and Cost per Acquisition.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making at the city level.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities across promoters and cities.
