The Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to tell our story. You will be the voice of our company across all digital platforms, showcasing our craftsmanship, celebrating our hardworking crews, and engaging with our local community. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement with property managers and business owners, and demonstrate why we are the most trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that highlights our diverse services (Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and specialty coatings).




- Visual Storytelling: Visit job sites (or coordinate with crews) to capture high-quality "Before & After" photos/videos, "Behind the Scenes" footage of our team, and project spotlights.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand voice that reflects our core values of Trust and Excellence.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business).
- B2B Marketing: Specifically target property managers and developers on LinkedIn by sharing industry insights and project success stories.
- Lead Generation: Manage social media advertising campaigns to generate inquiries and quote requests.
- Analytics: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide monthly reports to leadership.
