Job Purpose

You will join Quorum's UI/UX team as a senior design practitioner, driving the user experience vision across Quorum's NA O&T; platform. This role goes beyond execution — you will be a design advocate who deeply understands user problems, simplifies complex enterprise workflows, and helps shape better product solutions in close partnership with product management and engineering. You will own end-to-end UX work including research, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototyping, while helping to define what great design looks like at Quorum. As we invest in building significant new capabilities across the platform, you will help establish and scale our in-house design practice.

What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end UX process for complex enterprise workflows: discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design iteration — with a consistent foc
