What you’ll do
Position title: LAC Customer Success Office - SAP Next Gen
Location: Bogotá, Colombia, (Hybrid)
Type of Contract: Temporary
Start date: May 2026
Duration: 6 months renewable up to 2 years
- Support the consolidation of recurring forecasting activities, ensuring data is updated accurately and on time
- Assist with system inputs and maintenance of operational records, forms, trackers, and related reporting tools
- Help manage and track business cases and requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Support the preparation and coordination of recurring business calls, including meeting logistics, agenda preparation, pre-work consolidation, and follow-up actions
- Organize and cross-check data from different sources to ensure consistency and quality of information
- Provide general day-to-day support for business operations, reporting needs, and internal coordination activities
What you bring
Education and Experience:
- Must be a recent graduate
- Preferably of a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Administration or related courses
- Previous professional work experience with a focus on Finance / Controlling (a plus)
Requirements and Competencies:
- Intermediate / advanced English. Portuguese desirable
- MS Office intermediate/Advanced
- Excellent communicator; comfortable working in multinational teams
- Team player with quick learning ability and strong adaptability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ab
