Join Kaplan International and help shape global education. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to guide international students through their journey — from the first inquiry to successful enrolment at our pathway colleges in the UK and USA.

Key Responsibilities- Advise and support students and their families on study options, accommodation, and the enrolment process.-
- Achieve and exceed enrolment and conversion targets.- Collaborate with regional teams and visa advisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process.- Record and maintain accurate communication details in- Salesforce CRM.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Proven experience in sales or customer service, meeting team and individual goals.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.- Empathetic, patient,



and solution-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in peak periods.- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience using Salesforce CRM.- Background as an international student or experience in the education sector.- Knowledge of UK or US visa processes.
