About the Role:
We're looking for a Pre-Call Specialist to join our team and help us prepare leads for follow-up appointments. This is a very teachable, entry-level role that's perfect if you're a strong communicator, eager to grow, and ready to deliver a professional experience—even in short, simple calls.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to contacts to leave brief messages or confirm information
- Inform homeowners that someone will visit their property to take photos
- Conduct quick interviews about to collect important details.
- Log call outcomes accurately and report relevant info
- Ensure all scheduled contacts are called during key windows.

*What Will Make You Successful:
- Professional communication style and tone
- Advanced English skills (C1 Level).
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through




- Ability to stay focused and sound natural (not robotic)
- Comfortable following scripts and adapting as needed

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience in call centers or as a BDR
- Familiarity with CRMs or basic call logging systems
- A professional, reliable work environment at home
