We are looking for a Buyer to support procurement activities across integral regions. This role ensures accurate purchase order creation, maintains procurement records, and coordinates order processing. It requires an understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and flexible shift availability to support operations.

Reports to: Team Lead – GEBS Business Operations.

Work type: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

- Build processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
- Perform administrative and operational responsibilities for assigned teams and functions.
- Gather and summarize data to support task completion.
- Procure IT goods and other services.
- Source vendors and set up vendor accounts for indirect purchases.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
- Build relationships with suppliers to secure best price, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Process requisitions and update management on order status.
- Update inventory, manage stock levels, extract weekly/monthly reports, maintain database, and present reports to management on schedule.
