Key Activities

- Analyze business processes and IT requirements to support digital project management.
- Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements.




- Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and validate solution effectiveness.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed specifications.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Create and deliver user documentation and training materials.

Functional Skills

- Strong business acumen and process modeling experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in requirements definition and management.
- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.

Technical Skills

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of system integration and computing environments.
- Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security and delivery best practices.
- SQL, BI Tools
