Credit, Accounts Receivable & Payable Analyst

From our company’s headquarters in Montreal and offices in Toronto, Calgary, Mexico, Colombia, and Ukraine, we provide five‑star transportation solutions to our ever‑growing portfolio of clients.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Credit, Accounts Receivable & Payable Analyst with fluent English and Spanish skills to join our team. Our company operates in the Transport Service Industry. Position is available immediately. Bogota, Colombia.

Responsibilities

- Collect past due accounts.
- Reconcile and resolve issues impacting the payment of invoices.
- Conduct credit investigations on new and existing accounts.
- Assess credit risk and set credit limits according to company policy.




- Ensure all invoices and expense forms have been approved.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Ability to analyze credit reports.
- Proficiency in Excel and databases.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- French is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working within a team environment.

Working Hours

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Full time position with an immediate start.

Salary

$2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month
