Salary: COP $4,500,000 (includes remote work allowance of COP $130,000)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote + in-office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinido)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in collections or debt recovery, preferably in banking or legal sectors.
Education: Student or graduate in administrative, financial, or accounting fields.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level).

Responsibilities
- Contact clients in the U.S.
with overdue accounts via phone to manage debt collection.
- Maintain control over assigned accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent payments.
- Locate and follow up with debtors regarding their payment status.
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to the collections department.
