Role Overview

We’re hiring an Agentic Java Engineer to join our team. You'll work with one of our product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
- Meaningful experience working with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services using Spring MVC or similar technologies.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
- Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
- Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model‑produced code into larger systems.
- Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
